PTP considers after the sale service paramount to our customer’s satisfaction.
Five service facilities have been strategically located throughout our service area to assure adequate coverage. These facilities are located in Dallas/Fort Worth (Euless), Houston, and San Antonio (Selma), TX; Tulsa, OK and Kansas City (Lenexa), KS. Each facility operates as the base of operations for PTP’s regional service teams.

Commercial Service
PTP’s commercial service team consists of factory trained and certified technicians, inside support personnel and mobile technicians.
All commercial equipment is brought to the appropriate regional office for setup and fine tuning. It is then fitted with the appropriate operators manuals and videos and scheduled for delivery.
PTP employs a full time Sales Support Specialist team whose task is to deliver the product and provide whatever on-site training is necessary to assure all field personnel are checked out on the operation of the machines.
Mobile service technicians are available to provide onsite troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs

In addition to Toro’s precedent-setting two-year warranty on all of its commercial products, extended warranties are available for up to four years after original delivery of the equipment. All PTP commercial service technicians are factory trained and certified for all brands sold.
